No joke this is the best service I have ever received from an online store. Ian reached out after my order and held my hand during this entire process with great advice and attitude. I could not be happier with the service. Five-star doors is my go-to place for any garage door needs.

The product was exactly as I expected, of high quality, and did the job well. The service by far exceeded what I was expecting. I was instructed exactly where to install the strut and it perfectly fixed my issue. I would not have ever thought of putting it were they instructed me to install it, but they were correct and it works perfectly. Five Star Doors is top notch and I highly recommend them!!

  7. Nicholas Livsey (verified owner)

I have had one of the best online experiences working with Ian from Five Star Doors. He has been very helpful and informative. I installed the new strut where Ian recommended. Repaired the vertical style and added the center
reinforcement bracket. Door is now working flawlessly, actually seems
quieter than before. It’s not binding as it moves up and down. My parts were damaged when they arrived, contacted Ian and he immediately followed up to remedy the situation. Thank you!
